No. You don't have to because it was made from stolen checks and you might be asked to provide the source of those fund and by doing that you are basically admitting to having committed a crime so you are in a catch 22 or between a rock and a hard place. If however, it is found that you profited from those stolen funds, you might be found to be evading taxes.
