You have to drive with a licensed Driver.
maybe just maybe the safe driver doesn't have a license....The REAL difference is the choice a driver makes. You can make a choice to be safe on the road and be considerate to everyone, or you can just get a license just to do whatever you want like you made the law. A safe driver decides not to do anything dangerous, and not toy with the law, while a "licensed driver" can do that or the opposite.
No. A licensed driver must be in charge, not just an adult.
With just a permit, you must have a licensed driver in the car with you at all times.
Legally, a driver in possession of a learner's permit MUST have a qualified (and sober!) licensed driver in the car whenever the learner is driving. So, no, you cannot act as the more mature driver and take a drunken licensed driver home. Instead, make sure the vehicle is locked and that you have the keys, and call your parent or a friend to come get you and the drunken driver who's supposed to be watching out for you. Don't risk being the driver in this situation, even if "home" is just a few blocks away.
The owner can pick it up after 24 hours. If the owner is the one not licensed, then they just need to bring a driver.
There really isn't a limit to how many cars a licensed person in American can own. This really just depends on how many they can afford.
I know of NO state that allows a 'permit' driver to operate by themselves wihout a licensed driver in the car with them.
That is entirely your decision. Just make sure that you ask to see their license to be certain that they DO have one.
all you need to do is just ......................................... RUN
No restirction that I am aware of. Just as long as you are a FULLY licensed operator.
By yourself it is illegal. Just like your permit when you started driving a car you have to have a properly licensed driver with you.
If your a girl someone older duh!! a boy, someone younger or its just really weird........ I mean realy :D
