NO NOT AT ALL. ONCE YOU FINISH YOUR MONTHLY PILLS YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND THROW THE EMPTY DEPENCER AWAY AND GO TO YOUR DOCTOR OR WHERE EVER YOU GET THEM RIGHT AWAY.
