Semtinal Prime. Though he started out as an Autobot he thinks the decepticons have the best chance to win so switches sides( Kinda Like jetfire and wheelie) Though that had been his plot all along. He was already a decepticon but tricked Optimus into reigniting his spark. He and Megatron are trying to build a space bridge to find more decepticons.
Is Starscream dead?
Starscream died in transformers 3 but i read that his spark is eternal so i don't know if he's dead or not. In 2014, it is confirmed that transformers 4 is coming out so i hope starscream is in it

last time i check that starscream always dies in the end to save everyone in the world...his and the humans..for example the armada series. and i saw the trailer that starscream is trying to help sam and the other person not fall and die from the building and he dies trying but bumblebee saves the humans on time... starscream does this is because he might over heard that megatron was only using him... wait ... starscream always "betrays" megatron for the some reasons.. so the answer is yes... hes does turn good... i like starscream's reason in the armada series...

What is the movie Transformers about?
What I interpreted from this film was there was this matrix that the decepticons needed to complete one of there evil plans, so the auto-bots come to the rescue and try to stop the decepticons from obtaining this matrix. But before this Sam is getting ready to go to college when he finds a tiny shard of the all-spark (from the previous movie) so he touches it and all the memory in that all-spark peice gets sent straight in Sam's head. Now since Sam has this memory in his brain the decepticons need it so they chase him around trying to rip his brains out. But before they can Optimus Prime comes and attempts to save Sam, which he succeeds at.... sort of, he saves Sam from the decepticons but in the process he gets beat up and blasted by the decepticons. Now the only way to revive Optimus is to get the matrix (before the decepticons do) and stab Optimus with it, which will revive our well-known hero. They meet up with a retired decepticon, now laying in a museum, that nows the where abouts of the matrix. He teleports them all to the desert where the matrix is hidden under other prime bodies from their heroic attemp of keeping it safe from past generations of decepticons. Sam calls the military guy from movie one to bring Optimus' body to the desert because they were transporting in out of the military base where they kept it before. To make it as basic as possible they bring optimus to the desert, Sam finds the matrix, they go through a lot of trouble getting to Optimus, they reach him and stab him with the matrix, hurray our hero is saved! But sometime in all this Sam dies and goes to transformer heaven but the previous prime's give Sam life again because he has a purpose and that purpose was to save optimus.... ok. Well, that's the basic story line of it sorry for making it so long but that's what I made of it. Oh yeah and at the end the fallen guy gets killed by a punch by optimus and the decepticons all get beat up... after all that trouble trying to get him back to life and he's too weak to take a punch from optimus... When man landed on the moon they found the autobot ark. Which is a ship that crashed when trying to escape the war on cybertron. It contained a autobot named senteniel prime who holds the key to the earths survival (Cant remember why!!!) He needs to save earth because the decepticons are trying to get half of Cybertron (the other half was destroyed in the war) to join on to earth so they can take over. The senteniel reveals that he has changed sides to the decepticons,kills ironhide and starts to destroy the world. There are many other things that happen in the movie but that is all you need to know to here this. Optimus kills megatron (again) and the senteniel and then saves the world!!!! Typical action movie plot! There is also a new girlfriend that sam had
