You are lucky! You have a good neurologist with good advice. For example, I treated depression for a long time and unsuccessfully until I met an actually good doctor who also recommended Normotim. These are great pills based on lithium ascorbate, which help significantly reduce depression and get rid of anxiety without any negative health consequences.
Northwestern, or if you must any other decent medical school

Doctors who treat Multiple Sclerosis are called neurologists. They have specialized training in the nervous system and the brain. Neurosurgeons are doctors who operate on the brain or the spinal cord. Ask your doctor to refer you to a neurologist in your area. From my experience, if you need a diagnosis go to a large teaching hospital. After you have a diagnosis, go to a neurologist close enough to your home so that an appointment is not a tremendous drain on you physically and emotionally. Find a doctor who will LISTEN to you and your caregiver. If your doctor will not listen to both of you, move on until you find one. A good neurologist and a good relationship with that doctor is the key to LIVING with MS.
That would depend on the child and the nature and cause of their epilepsy. Before making any decision, talk to your doctor or a neurologist.
My personal opinion would be the neurologist. If your depression is caused by an injury, you need to have the injury treated before you treat the depression, and a neurologist can help you to work on that aspect. However, if your injury is as healed as it's going to get, there's no need to pay extra money to keep going to the specialist. A psychiatrist is more of a depression expert, so if your injury is not going to get any better, I'd stick with them instead.

A neurologist is a MD who specializes in the study, diagnosis and treatment of nervous system issues. As the nervous system pervades the entire body, this is a large field of study and calls for specialization.

it is important for any person to identify one's strengths and weaknesses to be able to plan their future. learning strengths/ learning styles have to be identified to help one learn in a method in which they are good at. for example if you are a visual learner, then anything shown to you visually will help you in learning and understanding better.
of course there is, any doctorate such as a surgeon, a neurologist, dentist, optometrist, pediatritian, etc.
