Menez was the one that united Upper and Lower Egypy
Menes is the King who united Upper and Lower Egypt.
well i know nothing about how they were the same except that they are both located in Egypt. But i do know that upper and lower Egypt were united when someone from lower Egypt married a princess from lower Egypt
Because they were united in one country.
the upper Egypt area is actually the south of Egypt and begins at the city of aswan and everything south from there is upper Egypt. yeah i know and how is upper Egypt and lower Egypt different im srry but i cant tell
He made it in between lower Egypt and upper Egypt in the city know as Memphis
Some contrasts about ancient Egypt are: Hot days and chilly nights Upper and Lower Egypt Black Land and Fted Land The Nile cutting Egypt in half, but also joining Upper and Lower Egypt
Menes was the founder of EgyptHe was the Old Kingdoms PharaohHe unified upper and lower EgyptHe built the city of Memphis(used to be the capital of Egypt)Legend-killed by wild dogs and a Nile crocodile
King Menes unified upper and lower egypt by leading his army north into lower egypt, wearing the double crown. And in case you need to know, he unified them in EXACTLY 3150 B.C. NOT 3100 B.C. It's 3150 B.C. EXACT! It's in my social studies book.
Menes was an ancient Egyptian Pharaoh who is credited with uniting upper and lower Egypt. King Menes also started the first Dynasty.
I am not sure exactly when Egypt split into upper and lower, but I do know why it split. Egypt was turned into upper and lower because of the Nile river. The Nile river flowed upwards toward the Mediterranean sea so the beginning of the river is called lower Egypt, and the part near the the Nile delta is upper Egypt.
if you look at a map of Egypt, Lower Egypt is above Upper Egypt. That causes a lot of confusion because it seems to be backwards. On the map, Upper Egypt is lower than Lower Egypt. Most people and books will tell you that "Upper Egypt" is called that because the land is higher up in the mountains. The land in "Lower Egypt" is lower down at the coast. It's actually the way the Nile River flows. The Nile River flows downward, making below Upper Egypt and above Lower Egypt.I hoped this helped!-Middleschooler4 and ID3425419334Because upper Egypt (south) is higher then lower Egypt (north), that is why the nile goes from south to north (upper to lower). The entire civilization of Egypt was based on the Nile River, which provided trade and water for their crops. The Nile flows south to north, where it forms a delta on the Mediterranean Sea. So the Egypt at the beginning of the Nile is Upper Egypt (south) and at the downstream part is Lower Egypt (north).Upper and Lower Egypt also referred to as The Two Lands is a name used for Ancient Egypt. The concept appears in titles of Egyptian Kings and Queens and appears in scenes in temples and tombs. The concept also refers to an innate sense of duality in the Ancient Egyptian culture. The Egyptian expression sema-tawy is usually translated as "The Uniter of the Two Lands" and was depicted as a human windpipe entwined with the papyrus and lily plant. The windpipe stood for unification, while the papyrus and lily plant represent Upper and Lower Egypt.Hope this information will helpful for you. For know more you may visit that place.
