∙ 14y agoTypically, credits do not expire. However, within certain programs it is possible that some coursework can become outdated if too much time goes by. In other words, if an individual took a computer course in 1983, and wishes to major in computers today, because of the advances in technology since 1983, the course would no longer be applicable. There are health related program that will have a time frame where if a science course (Biology, chemistry, etc.) was take over a certain number of years ago, the student would be required to repeat that course. Most all other courses can be used regardless of the time taken.
