No, salt will not make you loose weight.
After exercise, especially after intense exercise, you sweat and lose electrolytes, as well as water. Drinking water plain will replenish and hydrate you, but not replace electrolytes. Drinking Gatorade or another "sports drink" will both hydrate you and replenish electrolytes. However, Gatorade and other sports drinks often contain a lot of sugar and calories, so if you are watching either of those, drink Gatorade in moderation.
Unless it is unsterlized, no. So unless you're drinking pond water or a Gatorade mixed with river water, your chances of gettings worms is very low.
Lots of water, Gatorade and energy drinks. They keep it healthy though.
energy drinks are loaded with sugar Gatorade if you look at the ingredients is sugar water and water coloring
Diet drinks are just drinks without sugar. They don't in any way make you lose weight. Better off just drinking water all day.
yes it does
No. Water is usually the best thing to drink. One should only drink Gatorade after at least an hour of physical activity, but water is still the best thing for you.
Absolutely! Skip the pop and juice for some ice-cold water. Water has no calories unlike other drinks.

Gatorade is just a sugar drink. No more no less. It would affect you just as much as if you were to drink soda or sugar water. They both contain the same ingredients (Sugar and Water). So if you were to look up the effects of drinking soda or sugar water for long periods of time, surely the same can be applied to drinking gatorade.
you wishDepends. Do you mean zero-sugar drinks as in WATER? Water is definitely more healthy than any soft drink. I would suggest drinking water instead of a soft drink. I know that that would work.
it is used for drinking water and drinks and to power things
