Well you probably lost it because your membership expired and if you bought any membership stuff with stars when you were a member you lose that stuff too :(

Sadly, no you don't get to keep items you bought as a member. You can buy member items with ecoins or renewing your membership. I am awesomecamel59 on fantage and I usually go to copper camel and I am usually at the star cafe.
