It depends on the school. Some schools yes, you must have your own horse. Other schools will lease a horse to you or have lesson horses that are used.
I am a horse-rider myself but I personally would suggest that you ask your local riding school
you need a helmet, riding boots, riding pants, and a crop( if your horse is slow ). you can find these things at the store Horsing Around.
It depends where you ride. If you are having lessons at your house then yes you will probably need your own horse. But if you are going to a riding centre then usually you will not need a horse of your own.
let's see from the top of my head: foxbury riding school foxhunter equestrian meadowlarke stables sunnybrooke farms bertin stables graduate riding school on and on and on...why do you need to know?
Riding school has more focused teaching, and you don't need to have a horse to ride at most riding schools. As for pony club you do need to have your own horse ( unless they have a riders without horses programme) and they mostly focus on experiencing new activities, but also do focus on teaching correct and safe riding.
"Iowa" is to large of a subject. Narrow it down to the exact area you need horse riding instructors and go from there.
Because you need more than common wealth to play it.
Well, generally no, but if your garden is a big paddock, then yes. Horses need the space to run around to keep fit, although you will probably be riding them as well. They also need room to stretch their legs. If you want a horse then I would suggest keeping him or her at a riding school. And if you want to ride the horse, make sure you have riding lessons before.
No matter what your socioeconomic status, if you are going to ride and own a horse, in the beginning you should always have lessons, because you need to know the correct way to ride a horse so that you don't damage the horse by riding carelessly.
well the essentials are jeans, boots, a saddle, a saddle pad, a briddle with an apropiate bit,and of coarse a horse.
You don't need a riding level page!!!! All you do is go to breeding my office then the third tab 'stroke a horse in safe heaven' then scroll down and choose a horse to stroke :-)
protect your head with a riding hat
