All machinery & or equipment operation requires duty of care training. Duty of care training is allowing operation of all equipment I:e power tools ect to machinery Persons operating must be responsible and over the age of eighteen and hold current wh&s requirements by law. Having this knowledge would allow them to be responsible for operation of equipment once training session has taken place by owner or provider of equipment.
