the size of the tire will determine whether or not a lift kit will be required, not the rim size.
For example:
If your vehicle currently has 31" tall tires on 16" rims and you want to upgrade to 22" rims with 31" tires then you should be fine.
You will want to make sure that your rims have the right backspacing, especially if your new rims are wider than your existing ones.
You will need a lift kit to put 22 inch rims on your 2002 Chevy Impala. The 22 inch rims will not fit in the wheel wells of the automobile.
Wat kind of lift kit I need to put rims on a 1998 Chevy malibu
Yes, but you will need a lift kit. 20" rims would fit under there without a lift kit.
yes but you will need a lift kit to do it correctly
Depends on the profile of the tires going on it.
yes you do .we are putting a 5inch lift on a cutlass and it has 22s.
you dont need a lift kit for 2s maybe a 2 inches if that.
No
Yes with 2 inch lift kit
4 inch body lift or 6 inch frame lift
Yes all you will need is a lift kit. Varying on how high you will like the car to sit, will determine the inches the lift kit will be.
your gonna need one hell of a lift kit
