My car was repo'd and then 2 days later I saw my car with the repo man down the beach. Now it's damaged and the bank says I have to fight it out with the repo co. after I pay to get my car back.?
Thats pretty much what you need to do, If you have pictures of your car at the beach it'd help you out alot! You need to take care of everything with the bank, than go after the repo company
