Assuming you're referring to within the US, unfortunately, no. Your state's "standard" drivers license permits you to operate a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of up to 26,000 lbs. (in the case of vehicles in excess of 26,000 lbs. GVWR, it may also permit you to operate those, or upgraded licensing may be required - it's for the states to decide). U-Haul doesn't rent any vehicles in excess of 26,000 lbs. GVWR. So long as it's not used for commercial purposes, you don't even need a DOT medical card.
