Yes, heat protection is a good idea for all hair types.
First of all you need to condition your hair, and avoid using heat on your hair until you can get a hair cut. Once your hair has been cut still avoid using heat for about a week to give your hair chance to gain back its natural oils. If you wish to continue heat styling your hair, maybe give it a break once or twice a week and use heat protection spray. I've had the same problem myself, and already having short hair meant I didn't want it cut much shorter. I use: Treseme heat protection shampoo and conditioner. And also the 5 minute deep conditioner also by treseme. They work brilliantly but I still have to give my hair a break every so often. :)
the right vitamins and minerals also doesnt need to be washed every day or it will take out all of the natural oils that contribute to shiny thick healthy hair
You don't need to, but that's how most "scene" people have it. Why not just get your hair cut how you like it instead of worrying about stereotypes and how you "need" to have it.
First of all you need to stop eating junk food, it helps get rid of the bad nutrients to give your hair an enhanced look. If you use a lot of hair products, try to lower it a little. It can also give you the thick hair you always wanted!
You can't naturally straighten hair you need to apply heat to it with straighteners
Well, for curly hair i would use " curl rocks" after a shower. then put it in a bun over night and in the morning put hair spray and gel. For straight hair just blow dry and then in the morning straighten but make sure to use heat protection!!
because they need to regulate their body heat
It depends whether your hair is long, short, thin, or thick. If you have long and thick hair, you've got a problem. If you wash your hair frequently then all the thick hairs will trap the water and it stays there.Try to keep it at once or twice a week. If you've got short and thick hair you can wash it thrice or twice a week, but remember to towel dry your hair for a few minutes and then dry it with a hair dryer. If you've got short and thin hair, You can wash it about 4 times a week. If it's long and thin hair, you might just have a chance of washing it everyday.
Seals need their thick fur coat and layer of blubber in order to protect them from the cold water in the environment around them. They also need their claws to protect them from predators.
I Myself have thick hair and it is very nice, But I get tired of it so I wrote this answer, the best way to manage thick hair is to use only conditioner. Get condidioner that you don't have to wash out of your hair. THen apply it on after you washed. go to roundbrushhair.com! its a dominican hair place. Theres no need for a perm. type in: anti curl when you see a jar with a picture of olives click on it. then you look @ the ingredients and buy it online.
because if they had thick fur, they would die of heat stroke.
The difference lies in the softness of the hair. The 'baby hair' is more moisturized than that of a man. A baby's hair is finer, and new. There is no need for it to be thick because the baby will not be out in the environment like a man.
