You'll need to get that treated first.
A GED is acceptable and a waiver of acceptance is rarely granted.
I do not think that you have to be legal to join but i know that you do get a citizenship if you die in combat. If you survive, you're still an alien.

Yes it say high school diploma and that is what you need
To join the Marines, you need to be 17 with your parent's signatures or 18. I would recommend finishing high school first, because the military generally offers more incentives to you.
You must be 17 to join. If you are under 18, both of your parents must sign a waiver in order for you to enlist. If you are 18 you do not need a waiver.
most of the time lilly you have to have a diploma to join the us navy a ged will get you to the marines or army but not navy or air force or coast guard
Actually the best idea I can give you is to go and speak with the closest Marine recruiting office. They will be able to tell you exactly what you need to do and how to accomplish these tasks.
high school level testing at high school level subjects
The marines will take people of different ages. In order to enlist to become a marine you should be between the age of 17 and be no older than 29. It is possible you can enlist when you are over 29 but you will have to submit a waiver.
The Navajo Code Talker program was run by the US Marines. In WWII women were not allowed to join the Marines. The code used Navajo as a base but was encoded in that so a Navajo speaker could not understand it and would need to memorize the secret code to use it.
