Basically, any person born in the united state or certain territories of the U.S. is a U.S. citizen regardless of age. Such persons are natural-born citizens.
Further, the minor children of naturalized American citizens obtain c itizenship automaticallywhen the parent is naturalized.. This is called derivative citizenship.
Age has no bearing on the above.
