Absolutely. Your policy states that you will notify the insurance company of any and all household members and all regular or occasional drivers. You will need to provide the company with their name, address, drivers license number, date of birth, and any other information they may ask for. It is very important that this is done as soon as possible so that you do not endanger your own insurance coverage.
