yes Biology is a must if you are opting to become a doctor. Although, i don't think biology is the problem, physics is what is tough.

University (age 18-22): Medicine Medicine is the general name given if you want to become a doctor. Within the subject you will either be able to choose, or will be made to do another of various courses including Genetics.
