A degree itself is a prove of an individual's graduation, I never knew that another proof is also require to support an existing one. Whether it is a valid, recognized degree may be another matter.
Only if the degree is with a recognised institution and has been attested in the country in which it was obtained by a UAE consulate (as well as the education department of the country in which it was earned).
The submission of an attested copy of an already issued SEBC (Socially and Educationally Backward Classes) certificate may be sufficient for applying for M.Tech admission, but this can vary by institution. It's crucial to check the specific admission guidelines of the university or college you are applying to, as they may have particular requirements regarding documentation. Additionally, some institutions might require a fresh certificate or additional documentation to verify your eligibility. Always verify with the admissions office for the most accurate information.
An attested certificate is a document that has been verified and authenticated by a competent authority to confirm its validity. This process typically involves a notary public or a government official who certifies that the document is genuine and meets specific legal or administrative requirements. Attested certificates are often required for various purposes, such as education verification, immigration, or legal proceedings. The attestation lends credibility to the document, ensuring that it is accepted by institutions and organizations.

It is quite difficult but not immpossible. What I know is that the following are the requirements for obtaining the police certificate: 1. Get a request letter in arabic from the authorities requesting the Police Certificate. 2. Have this letter attested by the Saudi Ministry of Exterior. 3. Submit the attested letter to the police along with 2-2 passport size photos, copy of the resident permit. Its better to take copies of the passport as well and the visa copy. 4.Pray that it is accepted. Once you receive the certificate, have it translated in english or any other language and have it attested by notary public and send it to the authorities who requested it along with the original arabic version. Educational certificates can be attested by the educational institution that issued the certificate, government authorities, and professional attestation services. It is important to follow the specific guidelines and requirements of the country or organization where the certificate needs to be validated.
