No. It doesn't.

Most non-stick pans are made using Teflon (PTFE) coating although newer materials are also used. Health concerns have been raised regarding use of PTFE as a cooking pan coating.

In many cases you do not need to use oil, but in my experience I find that meat cooks better if you do. A quick spray or a teasoon of oil in the center of the pan go a long way to helping the food to brown properly and also avoid sticking entirely. About the only thing I cook without oil entirely on a non-stick surface is pancakes. The oil content in the batter is sufficient to prevent sticking, and the pancakes actually brown more evenly without adding additional oil. (If the pan or griddle become too hot, then simply remove it from heat source for a couple of minutes to cool down.)

No. THe reason it is called "non-stick" is because its texture won't allow anything to stick to it. The grease is only to help you pull off the baked good. An advantage about a non-stick pan is that they don't need butter or grease.

Tofu is likely to stick to the pan if cooked without some type of oil or fat. Healthy olive oil or canola oil may be substituted for butter, or one could spray the pan lightly with a non-stick cooking spray.
