If the blower works on some speeds and not on others, you may not need a motor. Instead, you may only need a new blower motor resistor.
The heater blower motor will most likely be located under the dash by the heater core assmebly, but first you need to be sure that that's the problem, it could just be wiring to the blower motor. Shouldnt be too hard to replace, and should be simple to find,

i think what you are refering to is a blower staying on all the time, if so the blower motor has shorted the control module, you need to replace the blower motor and control module.
The Blower Motor in under the dash area ubder the glovebox. You will need to remove the plastic cover to get to it. It has 3 small screws holding it in place
