You need to check local laws for your answer. Fences are governed locally.
You will have to check the zoning codes for your community. Most have specifics about fences, when and where they can be built, what they can be made out of and how high they can be. You local community government web site will usually include a copy of their ordinances. In most cases you can put it on the property line.
The fence cannot be outside your property line.
In St. Louis County, fences must typically be set back at least three feet from the property line to allow for maintenance and to avoid encroachment issues. However, regulations can vary based on zoning ordinances and neighborhood agreements, so it's important to check with the local zoning office or homeowners' association for specific requirements. Additionally, certain types of fences may have different height restrictions and placement rules. Always ensure you have a proper survey of your property before installation.
no it still belongs to you. the fence just has to placed on your side of the line that's all. same for any fence your neighbor wants to build. the property line is still the property line
After Patrick Swayze's passing in 2009, his New Mexico ranch, known as the "Ranch of the Stars," was initially owned by his widow, Lisa Niemi Swayze. In 2015, the property was put up for sale and was later purchased by a private owner. The ranch is known for its picturesque landscapes and was a significant part of Swayze's life and legacy.

Find your exact property line..... then come on your side of it just a few inches and then the entire fence is on your property as opposed to building right on the property line where it would be on both properties.
Yes, with a lot of tooth picks and a few bottles of glue you can make fences out of toothpicks. However, you may want to build a little house to put your fences around so they won't just be random fences.
For the most part there were no fences put up. It wasn't until cattle ranchers came that barb wire fences were erected. In some cases this resulted in range wars over the fences.
yes they can put it up around excavation sites
Not sure I understand your question. When you first start a Pokemon ranch you are limited on the number of Pokemon you can put in. Each time you put more in the ranch will expand the next day and you will be then able to put in more Pokemon. My son started his ranch August 1st and has now put 264 Pokemon in his ranch and will expand tomorrow to be able to add well over 300. Hope that helps.
