As I understand it, if your toothpastes fluoride content is reasonably high, it will help.
put toothpaste on it it dries up the spot so the spot disappears
Put a dab of Crest toothpaste on it overnight and it will be gone.
with simply put toothpaste on the spot ten rub it of with a wash cloth
Apply toothpaste to your spot before you go to bed. Leave on all right, but make sure that you wipe of the toothpaste in the night. In the morning wash of the toothpaste and your spot should have gone.Hope it works guys :P
