The ONLY substance that should be used to clean coins at home is a bit of distilled water dabbed on with a soft cloth. Anything else (Brasso, Tarn-X, etc.) will damage the coin's surface and reduce its value.

Not a Morgan dollar, last year was 1921. You have a 1923 Peace dollar that is very common and has values of $25.00-$27.00 in circulated condition.

It's actually called a Peace dollar. Its value is around $14 to $16 for its silver content.
