It depends on your jurisdiction. In the United States the parents are required by law to support their children. If the grandparent has custody the child support payments must be paid over to the grandparent. It's your child and you should support her.
If the father is the one paying child support he needs to file a modification of child support at the court with jurisdiction over his case. The custody arrangement may need to be modified as well.
Depends on the age of the child, if the child is in school and the reason the child is living with someone other than a parent. Children that are temporarily displaced from their homes must continue to receive support from their parents. If a child is in school and is eligible for support and living elsewhere than with the mother or father, and the child has not been placed there through a state agency, you can request that the Court modify your support obligation and order that the other parent pay their share of support to those individuals who are caring for the child. You may also request that the child come live with you and then modify support so the other parent pays support to you. Good Luck.
If you have an order, you must pay child support.
when a person has a child it is mandatory that they pay child support no matter where they live
If you do not live with the child or directly support them you do.

You have to pay child support for any of your children that does not live with you. So if you have 3 kids that live with you and one kid that lives with your ex you would be responsible for paying child support for the one child that lives with your ex. However, you only have to pay, legally, when a court has ordered you to. If your ex is paying child support for the three kids that live with you a court could order a reduction in child support that he/she has to pay to you instead of you having to pay child support to him/her.
The court should be aware, but I would not think so. The child is no longer at home.
i live in cailf.my child is 18 and she just had ababy do i still have to pay child support do i pay child support for my child who has a baby
Yes, the location unless living in your home doesnt take away your obligation to support the child. In fact, if you have no custody or visitation it actually increases your financial responsibility.
If a 13 yrs old child wants to move out of mother home does the father still has to pay child support
yes
yes, he always should pay child support because she is his child.
If your spouse voluntarily leaves the home, they are still obligated to financially support their children. Child support is based on the income and circumstances of both parents, not on who is living in the home. Therefore, your spouse would still be required to pay child support.
