There are many ways to learn how to swim. You can either just go swim with friends in a private pool. Or you could take swimming lessons at a swim club or YMCA.
This really depends on what. If for YMCA's or other swim teams the answer is varied. It also changes every year. As a swimmer myself, I have managed to compete in the nationals for YMCA's. Your time must reach a certain time to go there.
By taking swimming lessons...don't try to learn how to swim by yourself, you could drown! Maby take lessons at you local YMCA!!!

While regular underwear isn't a 100% safe, effective barrier against germs, it does definitely provide protection. One should never try on a bathing suit without their underwear on, and should never wear a new swim suit before washing it.
To keep the pool free of fibers, dyes, and bacteria from old-fashioned swim suits. Before women came, there was no reason to use trunks.
