According to the officials who created the Legend of Zelda series, and since Tetra is Zelda (sorry if you already didn't know), There are hints to such in the games. This is however assuming that All links and Zeldas are roughly the same in their reelings for one-another. Everything is implied, but not verified. Many people wish it was so, but there are so many other "Pairings" of Link and other people, that it would seem that the creators have left the emotional love life of Link and Zelda/Tetra/whoever up to the fans' imagination.

Kind of... Link and Ilia. All they do is look at each other with that, "(sigh) I like you alot" but near the end of the game, before Link and Zelda shoot arrows of light at Gannondorf, Zelda talks to Link, and Link's expression is like, "Pretty Princess talking to me!" or "Pretty lady said my name." the look on his face is funny....LOL! happy gameing! ;)

Although, if you were to refer to Twilight Princess, than no. The makers of Zelda decided to mix it up a bit and Link fell for his child hood friend, Llila. So basically, whether or not that they are in love depends on which Zelda game you are playing. But, the overall pairing for the entire generation of games is Zelink. Yes they do. Just go watch the Captain N Legend of Zelda cartoon and read the American Zelda comic book and you will see. Hi, Each game has a different story. I've seen reviews where the creator has given hints of more of a connection between them in future games. I used to care, but not anymore.
