No. Assuming you are buried in a coffin after death, your body's soft tissues will gradually decompose and your molecules will eventually be absorbed into the base of the coffin. The coffin itself will gradually decompose over a much longer period, so your molecules will eventually be absorbed into the earth. Earthworms may carry some of those molecules back to the surface. If you are cremated and scattered above ground then your molecules will be absorbed into the ground a good deal quicker. In either case you will not spontaneously turn into grass, you will simply be absorbed.
