If you live in England you use Celsius, for example if you live in England and it tells you to cook at 180 degrees Celsius, you put your cooker to 180.

Alternatively, if you live in America and it tells you to cook at 180 degrees Fahrenheit, put your cooker to 180.

We use different scales and measurements to America, something like The Imperial Scale and The Metric scale.
