If the drain plug is original equipment, it takes a 17mm wrench or socket.
There is no drain plug, remove the lower radiator hose to drain coolant.
Everyone says you have to remove the exhaust pipe, but not true. The drain plug is on the bottom front, facing left outboard. It's a 17 metric socket. I've had to drain all the fluids tonight since I'm shipping my bike overseas and it was quite the process.

No drain plug, have to remove trans pan to drain.
The 2006 VW Jetta oil drain plug will be on the bottom of the oil pan. You can remove the drain plug with a 9/16 wrench.

I know you can remove the passenger fairly easily, I just did it to clean the seats and shampoo the carpets, but the wiring clips for the air-bag sensor are a bear. I haven't tried the driver's seat yet, but with patience and a good socket set (you will need a deep 11/16) socket for the right rear bolt) it can be done.
There isn't a drain plug. You will need to remove the diff cover to drain the gear lube.
36mm.
whichever size fits tightly, probably a metric 15mm
