I personally would like a warm environment to vacation at. I would love to go to Hawaii or the Galapagos Islands. I enjoy the activites you can do in warm weather. You can surf, swim, play beach volleyball, etc. If you enjoy cold weather, there are many activities for that too. You can make snowmen, igloos, ice skate, etc.
