You talk to the lady at the reception counter and log on to wi-fi 4.) If you want to put in your own Pokemon on the gts you go on deposit Pokemon and then your boxes will come up and you pick the Pokemon that you want to trade and then you pick what Pokemon you want back like eg: (you trade bidoof for piplup, boy, level 5) come back about a few hours later and you might have it if somebody decided to trade with you. 5.) If you want to get Pokemon go on search.

Only through GTS or GTS Negotations. Change your message on your Trainer Card to something like "Please trade! I want a Shelmet!" Then there is a higher chance someone would offer it to you.
