Automatic transmission does have a pump and filter. A manual does not.
You have to buy a kit/pump from the dealer or Toyota.
It is part of the pump module in the fuel tank.
Fuel pump strainer goes on the end of the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank.
On the 2.4L it is inside the front of the engine, driven by the timing belt.
Use an electric pump or hand pump to suck it out of the dip stick tube.
no the relay sends power to the fuel pump, the strainer sits on the bottom of the pump its like a little fine filter so you dont suck up crap from the bottom of the fuel tank
kwh consumption of the driver of the pump will increase.
The Chrysler PT Cruiser fuel pump is mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
