Yuki Sohma probably once had feelings for Tohru, but figured out that they are just a feeling of acceptance, like one a mother gives to her son. In the last chapter in the series, Yuki confesses to Tohru that he looked at her for a MOTHER'S love and I don't think he has romantic feelings for Tohru, only for Machi.

Yes, Yuki Sohma loves Tohru as a close friend, but he does not have romantic feelings for her. Yuki does not envy Kyo because of Tohru's feelings, as he ultimately wants her to be happy. Yuki's own character development involves coming to terms with his own feelings and relationships.
