generally when it blows cold at first then gets hot, it is because there is air and moisture in the system, which vercomes the dessicant inside the system. What happens is that as the thermodynamic cycle of moving heat goes on, water in the system will freeze at the expansion valve (the coldest point in the system), until so much ice is in that spot that no refrigerant can flow, so no heat can be moved. If you put a proper et of AC gauges on it, the low pressure side would show zero or a negative pressure, while the high side would be >150... Usually low should be between 25 and 45, but because the system is frozen up, nothing moves, so the compressor is acting more or less as a vacuum pump... Have a professional evacuate the system, replace the receiver/dryer, add a bit of oil and then charge the system to spec. Then youll have air. I bet it was improperly charged in the past... causing this issue... Good luck! JMH
I don't think so
Eastern South Dakota has a humid continental climate and has higher precipitation than the western part of the state. Western South Dakota has a semi-arid climate, except in the Black Hills region, which also has a humid continental climate.
The climate for Bismarck, North Dakota is humid continental bordering on semi-arid since it can be dry at times.
Bismarck, North Dakota has a humid continental climate with warm summers and no dry season.Bismarck's relative humidity ranges from 35% (comfortable) to 90% (very humid) over the course of the year, rarely dropping below 19% (dry) and reaching as high as 97% (very humid).

South Dakota has an interior continental climate, with hot, semi-humid summers; cold, dry winters; high winds; and periodic droughts.
Use air freshners.
That describes South Carolina. South Dakota's climate is called a continental climate.
ADD A TOUCH OF AIR CONDITIONING TO THE HUMID AIR. ALSO IF THAT DOENOT WORK BUY AND USE PER MANUFACTURERS USEAGE A DEHUMIDIFIER TO REMOVE THE MOISTURE FROM THE AIR. What I would do is stay inside with the air conditioning, play video games, watch you tube, do Pivot drawing, play boar games, and not go outside.
That is because when the wind blows it carries the humid air with it which is needed by the plant to keep its outer layer moist so the plant transpirates more on windy day.
this kind of thing happens in my durango when i have the ac on and its humid inside the car.
