The Suburban, Yukon XL, Denali XL, Escalade ESV, and Ford Excursion with additional seating added with a fourth row seat from Little Passenger Seats
With its third row bench seat installed, the GMC Yukon SUV can seat up to nine people.
It is not in the console. It is in the driver side rear side panel even with the rear back seat
A 1999 Ford Explorer is not designed to have a third row seat . The third row seat was available starting with the 2002 Ford Explorer four door model
including the driver and passenger up front you can seat give people. Unless you have the third passenger seat. Then you can seat three more. However that third seat has no leg room
I dont know if they are the same. but my mom has a 2003 Yukon. not a denali. but there should be two levers on the back of the seat labeled 1 and 2. if you pull up on the lever called 1, then you can tip the seat forward. or...fold it down. then pull up on the lever that says 2, then you can lift the seat up. now. once you get the seat up you should see a lever labeled 3. however, this is used for putting the seat back in. there is a bar that runs across the front of the seat on the bottom, about 10 inches from lever 3. if you pull up on that bar you should be able to pull the seat out. then when you are putting it back in, once it locks down in place, you pull up on lever 3 to get the seat to fall. hope this helps.
You are going to have to replace the seat belts that are stuck after the accident. They are the ones that were in use by a person at the time the accident happened. They are no longer safe to use even if you can get them to work. Find a Yukon in a salvage yard that was hit in the rear or side and those seat belt will be fine to use.

That light either indicates that the airbag is on/off. The passenger seat has a smart sensor within it which senses the weight and position of what/who is in the seat. Coupled with/without seat belt usage it will turn on/off depending on exact situation in that seat as to function or not based on it's calculated determination.
