A 2000 Lesabre is not designed for E85. While the car might operate on E85 the fuel system is not built for it.

The battery is located in the back seat - you take out the back seat by pulling up from the floor - then lift out - the battery in on the passenger side.
I believe it is 12 Quarts.
Take off positive battery cable.
The filter is behind the left headlight, Take the ducting off and get to the filter to change it.
You can take transmission out of a 2005 Buick and put it in your 1995 Buick regal.
Take it out and put a new one in.
did you check the fuses first? Do you have power to the master switch?
it is under the rear seat on the drivers side. should take a 20 amp fuse.
