It will have a lift pump (may be on engine or in the tank) and an injection pump.
Dodge did not have an actual fuel filter on the 1995-2001 Dodge Ram gas motor trucks. What they did have was a small screen on the bottom of the fuel pump. The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. The only way to change it is to drop the fuel tank.
From the factory there is only one. It is on the driver side of the engine.
fuel filter is part of the fuel pump and is in the gas tank . only needs replacing when pump fails
only if it has a diesel engine. A gasoline engine will not run properly on diesel fuel.
mostlikely the torque convertor is shot or tranny dodge trannys have lots of trouble when you put them in to reverse (only auto trannys) they tend to put such a strain on the motor that it dies from lack of fuel
I think for Singapore only, Diesel fuel oil is cheap
On a gas engine, the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump module in the tank.On a Diesel it is on the driver side of the blockOn a gas engine, the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump module in the tank.On a Diesel it is on the driver side of the block
The only fix is to replace the filter housing.
Only if you put diesel in gas tank.
Flex fuel does not mean you can use diesel. It means the engine can run on pure gasoline or on E85 gasoline. If you put diesel in this vehicle it simply will not run. Diesel can only be used in a diesel engine.
diesel only comes in fuel injection, the fuel needs high pressure to ignite, and cannot only be sucked in like with a carburator on a petrol engine
Only if the engine was designed to run on diesel.
