i believe it does. i have very good hygiene habits and have never really had a problem with vaginal odor before. until i started taking the prescribed pill, adipex. i started noticing that whenever i used the restroom i would get a wiff of something nasty. it was pretty bad. not fishy but more like a Body odor type of smell. i tried everything from changing my body wash to douching. nothing worked. i got off the adipex and about a month later noticed my problem had gone away. it was gone for a couple months then i just recently started taking the medication again and the smell is back. i dont know why but it HAS TO be the medicine.
Another Point of View:
Adipex changes the smell of your sweat. Vaginal odor is often accumulated sweat.
Even for a person with normally decent hygiene, the stronger smelling sweat accumulation may be unusual.
