Obviously the couples, Emmett & Rose, Alice & Jasper, Carlisle & Esme. But besides that not much is said. I'm assuming that people with similar personalities would get along, like Jasper and Edward, both being fairly serious. And for some reason I've always thought Alice and Emmett would get along pretty well, I think they'd act like real brother and sister. Alice and Emmett are both kind of playful and lovable, so I think they'd get along. In reality, all the Cullens and Hales would get along because they are family, but I don't think Edward and Rosalie would much.
