Because the American Girl Club closed on August 15, 2006, American Girl is no longer allowing Club activations. If you have a Club kit, American Girl will provide full refunds to Club kit holders who have not activated their memberships. Please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-360-1861 for more information on receiving a refund for Club kits. When you call, please have available your Club kit activation number, which can be found on your Welcome letter.
