You can use the Merge and Center icon on the formatting toolbar or do it through the Format menu by going to Cells and then picking the Merge cells option.
If you are using Windows 10/11, you can use the default Photos app which has a built-in Video Editor to merge MP4 or WMV videos. Alternatively, you can try Free HD Video Converter Factory to join video files together. It supports more formats than the Photos app and it is free.
I think it can with additional software to join them together and merge into one file.
