Chris and Sheva do not date. They don't particularly like each other in that way. Chris cares deeply for her as his partner, as he has a flashback of Jill's fall during a similar situation involving Sheva, but the way he feels about Sheva is the same as with Jill. Any further inquiry will have to wait until they give us a new game or spinoff.
