Depends where you buy the Coke.

In the US, it's made with corn syrup but in most places outside of the US, it's made with sugar. In the US though, you can find Coke made with real sugar around the time of the Jewish holiday of Passover.

I don't know if they sell it all the time there, but i just got some sugarcane soda at Walgreen's and Costco.
