All states extradite to Colorado, provided that legal standards are satisfactorily met. For as with the other 49 states within the United States of America, Colorado tends to respect, and cooperate with, other states on extradition requests. All of the 50 states recognize that extradition tends to be requested for the serious, felony charges. It's only when a country other than the U.S. becomes involved that the states don't interact, and take no decisionmaking role. For involvement of Another Country always is a federal concern.

Colorado and all of the other 49 states within the United States of America tend to respect, and cooperate with, each other over extradition requests, depending upon the charge and if certain legal standards are met. For extradition tends to be requested over the serious, felony charges. But neither Colorado nor any one of the other states makes the decisions if a country other than the U.S. is involved. For involvement of another country always calls for decisionmaking by the federal government.

It is unlikely UNLESS the crime was a so-called capital crime in which case they could request that the US Dept of Justice and the US State Department activate any existing extradition treaties with the country the offender may have fled to.

There is no such thing as an "extradition free" State. Federal law dictates extradition between States and no State can refuse to extradite to another State.

Need to know if state of Colorado is going to extradeite me from state of texas. I have signed a waiver of extradition.?

The State of Colorado will probably extradite you from Texas since you have signed a waver of extradition. If for some reason charges were dropped, then they would not extradite you. That is extremely rare. Count on being extradited.

Can fl extradite someone in Colorado -for the charge of knowley giving false name to law enforcement?

Generally states will only extradite someone on serious offenses. I would suggest staying in Colorado and not getting closer to Florida as then you will be detained until they decide if they want to pick you up or not. False Name to Police is generally a misdemeanor and the states don't have money to extradite someone over a crime that carries less than a year in jail.
