No one 'makes' copenhagen. It's a city. Well, if you're referring to the brand of chew, it's made by the US Smokeless Tobacco company.

In a typical can (Skoal, Copenhagen, Grizzly, etc.) there are 1.2 ounces. In Red Seal, there are 1.5 ounces. I think pouches contain less, but I'm not sure of the exact number.
Some names for smokeless tobacco are snuff, chew, rub, chaw, leaf, and dip. These names do not apply to all types of smokeless tobacco however. Snuff, rub, and dip apply to products such as Skoal or Copenhagen. Chew applies to pouch tobacco, such as Red Man and other products.
