Cypriot notes can be exchanged for their Euro equivalent at any branch of a Cypriot bank.

You could also ask your own bank about exchanging for local currency.

No. It is Euros now although you can still change Cyprus Pounds at the Central Bank

Alas, no- Cyprus adopted the Euro in about 2007, so the old currency of the Cyprus Pound is now no longer legal tender and is of no value to anyone except coin-collectors.

Unfortunately not- the old Cyprus pound is no longer legal tender, and is worthless now to anybody but collectors of old currency.
