It is still good but the benefits are less because a lot of the antioxidants and such are removed with the caffiene in the decaffination process. I recommend the regular tea as it does not contain much caffiene anyways.

Coffee, Brewed: 80-135

Coffee, Espresso (2 ounces): 100
