The near-bankruptcy of Egypt. Apex
It is currently unclear who makes law in Egypt. It seems that the President has the most general authority on this matter, but according to the Constitution, it should be the Legislative Councils.

It is against the Egyptian constitution for any religious gathering or party to rule Egypt. Accrordingly, even if people belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood govern Egypt, they will be subject to the Egyptian ruling system and subject to their own claimed religious Agenda. On the other hand, Muslim Brotherhood is not of so much popularity in Egypt to win enough majority to rule Egypt.
No, but...why would they? The US Constitution governs the United States, NOT other countries. Each country has the right to govern themselves. You might be confusing the US Constitution with the United Nations (UN) resolutions against human rights violations? The USConstitution with the United Nations (UN) resolutions are completely different and separate from each other. It is true that many governments have referred to the US Constitution when crafting their own documents, but in doing so they are implicitly referring to other documents. The US and Egypt both drew heavily from even older documents and writings in crafting the documents establishing their form of government. Each nation has tailored their government to their local values; for example I would expect that Egypt would refer to the Koran. I doubt the authors of the US Constitution did so.
At this point in history, it is unclear. According to the Egyptian Constitution, the President is elected directly by the majority of Egyptians. However, since the recent election in 2014, the method of election has been called into question since the Egyptian government is ruled by a military general.
Some of the main laws in Egypt include criminal law, family law, labor law, and commercial law. The Egyptian legal system is based on a combination of Islamic law, Napoleonic Code, and civil law principles. The Constitution of Egypt is the supreme law of the land.
